Premium Pick-up & Delivery
With Premium Pick-up & Delivery, you have the option of visiting our dealership – or having our dealership brought to you. You have the option to purchase or lease your next vehicle, test drive a Cadillac you've had your eye on, or have your current vehicle serviced without ever leaving home.
KNOW YOUR CADILLAC INSIDE & OUT
Technology is always expanding, and fast. At Cadillac of Greenwich, we offer Courtesy Follow-Up Appointments available upon request. We will walk you through how to set up and utilize your vehicle’s remarkable technology, such as Bluetooth and Navigation, so that you can get the most out of your new Cadillac. Unsure about the idea of switching to your first all-electric vehicle? Our EV Experts are ready to walk you through everything you need to know about going green.
Certified Service Perks
In our Service Department, we offer a Guaranteed Service Loaner within 5 days of your reservation. Our fleet vehicles are available for clients who would prefer not to wait while their vehicle is being serviced. You will also receive a complimentary vehicle hand wash & vacuum with every service. When you visit us for a standard service, you'll also notice a new 'Speed Lube' lane that is also designed to reduce your wait time. Plus – our Roadside Assistance is provided by our own trained technician, not a third party.

Our Service Experts are ready to offer our clients an unparalleled level of convenience. We have hired additional expert Certified Technicians who are ready to service a larger number of vehicles in a shorter period of time. We also have multiple technicians who hold the Mark of Excellence award on our Team. In order to receive this award, technicians excel in several rigorous categories including customer satisfaction, GM Emerging Issues tests, certification and the highest rank in GM Training, complete and pass all Product Knowledge Tests, and more.
CONVENIENCE MADE SIMPLE WITH MOBILESERVICE+
We know your schedule fills up quickly, so let us do all the work. Our technicians will arrive at your home or work in a purpose-built MobileService+ van fully equipped to perform select services, including vehicle diagnostics, software programming, and tire services. We'll take care of you, while you take care of business. You can also choose to drop off your vehicle at your participating MobileService+ dealership and collect a loaner yourself. We'll make every effort to provide an EV loaner to EV owners.
CERTIFIED GM PARTS
At Cadillac of Greenwich, you have the option to receive Certified GM Parts that perfectly fit your make and model. We have the experience to know what else you need to complete the job and stock over $750,000 worth of GM parts on hand, and if we don't have the part you need, we can source it locally with our partners or have the parts ready as soon as the next day (based on availability).
