SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE FROM HOME

  1. Visit our Service Reservation page (or click the link below) to choose our Pickup & Delivery option.
  2. Let us know about your vehicle and what type of service you need done. The more information the better.
  3. Enter your preferred pickup location, including any special directions for our driver, and the date and time you'd prefer.
  4. Our driver will give you a call when they arrive or if they have any questions regarding your appointment. Once the service is completed, your vehicle will be returned fully sanitized.

Q. Once I am on the website, where do I find Premium Pick-up & Delivery?

A.To purchase, search for a vehicle in our inventory. When you find the vehicle you like, click the "Start Your Deal" button for that vehicle and the next window will open. For Service, simply visit our 'Schedule Service' page to choose how you'd like to schedule your appointment. The fastest is our button within the website header.

Q. Can I save my transaction and come back later?

A. We do not yet have the option to save your work in the middle of your online shopping process.

Q. How do I know the website is secure?

A. Prior to signing your paperwork at the time of delivery, you are under no obligation to purchase the vehicle. If you change your mind, let us know prior to signing the final documents.

Q. How quickly can I take delivery of my new vehicle?

A. Cadillac of Greenwich requests about 48 hours to prepare your new vehicle for you. If you happen to need it sooner, please contact the dealership.

Q. How and when do we complete the final paperwork?

A. All final paperwork will be completed at your scheduled appointment.
